E-myMR is an online service involving permits issued by the Sepang Municipal Council for minor renovation works that are not related to the original structure of the building such as repairing and changing ceiling finishes, installing grilles, etc. This process allows owners of residential, shop or office premises to carry out renovation works without the need for detailed approval, provided that it does not alter the existing structure. Documents such as application forms, copies of MyKad, and relevant building plans are required for the application.

Budget Idea is a platform used to obtain budget preparation suggestions from residents and this platform will be open for a certain period only.

e-MyPusara manages cemetery-related matters online, including receiving burial applications, managing burials, cemetery supervision and cemetery maintenance for the Raudhatul Baqi’ Cyberjaya Islamic Cemetery which is under the management and administration of MPSepang and operated by the Raudhatul Baqi’ Grave Management Unit, Environmental Health Department. Funeral vehicle services are not provided.

This Islamic Cemetery is located in Cyber ​​10, Cyberjaya, close to the Cyber ​​10 Mosque. This Islamic Cemetery for phase 1A is 4.67 acres and can accommodate approximately 1500 grave units, including adult graves, children’s graves and limb graves. Facilities available at this Islamic Cemetery are vehicle parking areas including disabled parking, pedestrian walkways, street lights, gazebos with benches and water taps.

Visiting hours for this Islamic Cemetery are 8:00 am to 7:00 pm. Funeral Operation Hours are 8:00 am to 6:00 pm daily. Burials outside of operating hours will only be conducted in specific cases with the permission of the MPSepang management.

OSC 3.0 Plus Online helps the Principal Submitting Person (PSP) / Submitting Person (SP) to submit development plan applications online, make payments online, enable the Technical Agency to review the application virtually and subsequently obtain results through this system. All applications for development plan proposals must be submitted through the OSC 3.0 Plus Online system for the consideration process for approval of the development plan proposals. This system was developed by the Ministry of Housing and Local Government (KPKT) through improvements to the OSC 3.0 System.
